Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim any bonus or place any bet on bno88. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bno88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

1.2

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bno88 account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method or household) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if any of the provided details change. bno88 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any point and to suspend or close accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

2.1

Credential Confidentiality

You must keep your login password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bno88 will never ask you to disclose your password by phone, email, SMS or live chat. Any disclosure of your credentials is at your own risk and bno88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your sharing or failing to protect your credentials.

2.2

Unauthorised Access

If you become aware or suspect that your bno88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bno88 customer support immediately via live chat. bno88 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification. bno88 is not liable for losses incurred prior to such notification being received.

2.3

KYC Verification

bno88 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until documentation is received and verified.

3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

bno88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. bno88 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

3.2

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bno88 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to processing times imposed by the card issuer. bno88 does not charge any platform fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Any fees charged by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.

3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval in the ordinary course of operations. Processing times during peak periods, system maintenance windows or where additional verification is required may be longer. bno88 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bno88 account.

3.4

Player Fund Segregation

Player funds held in bno88 accounts are maintained separately from bno88's operational funds. This means that your deposited balance and any winnings credited to your account are held in designated player fund accounts and are not used by bno88 for operational purposes. This segregation is maintained to protect player funds in the ordinary course of business.

4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bno88 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms at the time of claim.

4.2

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses are non-recoverable. bno88 will display the remaining expiry period for active bonuses in the player's account dashboard where applicable.

4.3

Bonus Abuse

bno88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies or matched betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine game participation, or any coordinated activity aimed at obtaining bonus credits without satisfying the spirit of the promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, bno88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to suspend the relevant account.

5.1

Fraudulent Activity

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your bno88 account, including but not limited to: using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment details; engaging in credit card chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling; providing false identity information; or using any automated system, bot or third-party software to interact with the bno88 platform in an unauthorised manner.

5.2

Money Laundering

bno88 is committed to preventing money laun dering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. bno88 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Players must not use bno88 as a vehicle for transferring funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

5.3

Collusion and Match Fixing

Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit known software vulnerabilities or engage in any form of match fixing or insider betting is strictly prohibited. bno88 cooperates with sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected match fixing and insider betting activity. Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
